Right as April 1st hit Eastern Asia and Australia, Pewds released a “Congratulations” video to T-Series, marking the beginning of the Indian music giant’s reign as the #1 non-YouTube branded channel in the platform, when the subscriber gap was around 110-120k against the Swede.
The video was actually in a sarcastic tone, highlighting illegal practices the Indian company carried forward at the beginning of it’s career, like “Starting their business by selling pirated songs” and current legal issues their chairman is facing, as tax evasion, but that’s just how mafia works.
As of around 20 hours after the song was released, Pewdiepie had gained a subscriber boost that was enough for him to beat T-Series once again. And now, 48 hours later, he has an advantage of 190000 subs, giving one last hope of winning the race to 100M.
